As an RIA Consultant for Palladium Group by Ash Brokerage, Jeff partners with RIAs, family offices, and other fee-only advisors for consultation, expert analysis, and implementation and management of insurance-based financial solutions. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jeff provides unique, independent services that raise the bar among insurance professionals. Jeff’s goal is to change the experience of obtaining insurance—to make the process personal and enjoyable for advisors and their clients. Excellence, trust, and collaboration are the foundation of his work.

Jeff attended Ball State University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Miller College of Business. Prior to joining Palladium Group, he worked as a financial advisor for John Hancock and then in a technical and consultative role with the Life Insurance Portfolio Analysis team at Ash Brokerage. Seeing the impact of unmanaged and underperforming policies shaped his thought process and fueled his passion for creating solutions that truly meet client goals.

Jeff lives in Carmel, Indiana, with his wife, Lindsey, and their five children. Jeff and his family are actively involved in their church community, where they spend much of their time participating in youth ministry events. In his free time, Jeff coaches baseball and cross-country and competes in long-distance races and triathlons. He currently serves as race director for Carmel 5K for Haiti, a run/walk event that raises money and awareness to help Haitian residents receive healthcare and improve living conditions.
