In her role as Vice President of Business Development at Palladium Group, Kylee is responsible for providing strategic and tactical direction to lead our firm, and our clients, into the future. She is focused on developing long-term relationships with advisors to ensure access to the best possible protection products to mitigate their clients’ exposure to risk.
Kylee received her juris doctor from the Indiana University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Taylor University. Prior to joining Ash, Kylee was an attorney with Barrett McNagny LLP, where she specialized in corporate and securities law, representing clients and companies of all sizes throughout Northeast Indiana. Most recently, Kylee served as Vice President of Stakeholder Relations at the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, where she was responsible for overseeing stakeholder engagement and fund development.
Kylee is the founder of Lemonade Day Fort Wayne, an initiative that encourages youth entrepreneurship. She lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with her two children, Kenyah and Weston, and currently serves as the board chair for Mad Anthony’s Children’s Hope House, vice chair for Fort Wayne Downtown Improvement District, and serves on the boards of the Fort Wayne Downtown Development Trust and the Regional Opportunities Council of Northeast Indiana. Kylee is a 2010 graduate of the YLNI Leadership Institute.
In 2013, Kylee was a recipient of the Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly’s 40 Under 40 Award, and she was a finalist for the Greater Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce’s ATHENA Young Professional Leadership Award.
